Many companies are now providing yoga for staff, while others have joined other available classes run by Judyyoga, and have found that this has increased physical and psychological wellbeing.

LIVESTREAM PRIVATE CLASSES
As a qualified Iyengar Yoga Level 3 teacher, Judy teaches 1:1, small groups and pregnancy yoga. These classes can be taught in her fully equipped home studio with ropes and bolsters or online. Common ailments such as stiff shoulders, knee, hip or back problems, scoliosis can also be addressed.
